Find out how Green & Green can help you under the Right To Buy scheme

Right To Buy

The right to buy scheme is a scheme run by the government that allows tenants to buy their current home from the council after 3 years tenancy. Depending on the length of time you have lived in the home you will be eligible to buy your home at a discount. We can help you to find the best option possible when factoring in your discount and current situation.
*Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
Contact your local council to check your eligibility
If you are eligible your council will let you know the purchase price and discount you shall receive
We will find you a mortgage option that suits your needs and preferences
We will submit this application for you and work with the lender until completion
Couldn’t recommend enough
James helped me with my first ever mortgage, buying my first house with my girlfriend and couldn’t recommend enough. I have been in contact with him almost daily since and has gone above and beyond what he needed to do for us!

We could not recommend James enough!
Me and my husband are first time buyers and he talked us through the full process and answered any questions and worries we had in the first phone call. He is highly responsive and is always only a phone call away. He secured our mortgage in such a short amount of time and nothing was ever a hassle. If we could give him more stars we would!
