Since buying my first house in 2014, I've had a passion for property and have been investing in Buy to Let since 2016. I enjoy solving problems for people and assisting them in any way I can, so mortgage advice allowed me to combine these two interests.
After 15 years as a professional rugby league player, I've used that same level of commitment and elite attitude to assisting all of our clients in achieving their dreams of purchasing their dream home and investing in real estate.
My goal is to assist our advisers in helping as many people as possible in accomplishing their goals while removing the stress from the process.

I completed all of my certifications during covid after deciding to pursue a career in this field after retiring from rugby.

Anna joins us with a wealth of knowledge across the whole mortgage sector. Anna's experience spans 20 years in the mortgage industry in all areas of the sector from being a mortgage adviser in2003 but starting in the finance industry in 2001, to equity release and also as an administrator. We welcome Anna to provide full admin support on all cases to ensure that all cases are handled appropriately and quickly. Anna will allow us to provide even greater care to each client case and help us make the process for every client even smoother. Thanks to Anna's support we can now help even more people to achieve their goal of buying their dream home and making that process as stress free as possible.
Charli-Jo Administrator
Charli joins us with a wealth of experience in the finance industry, joining after serving the last 7 years at Halifax bank in the administration department. Charli joins our growing admin department to offer our advisers support submitting mortgage in principles and full applications, along with case progression. Charli’s attention to detail and drive to deliver client outcomes made her the ideal candidate to help us with all of our client cases to provide elite customer service. Ensuring applications are submitted quickly and accurately ensures that our clients get the correct advice, quickly and their applications are approved as quickly and smoothly as possible.
During the interview process we were blown away by Charli-Jos determination to improve her skillset by self-funding her CeMAP qualification and studying around work commitments and being a mother of 2 young children, this will allow her to progress to become an adviser in the future. But also, her drive to deliver the best client outcomes despite the obstacles in her way to do that.
Charli has already shown what an asset she will be here at Green & Green and were very excited to see what further impact she can have on the business to help us with our mission to help more people achieve their dream of buying their own home and making that experience as stress free as possible. Having Charli-Jo on board will help us make even more progress in the background to improve our customer experience and the service we can offer in the future.
