Since buying my first house in 2014, I've had a passion for property and have been investing in Buy to Let since 2016. I enjoy solving problems for people and assisting them in any way I can, so mortgage advice allowed me to combine these two interests.
After 15 years as a professional rugby league player, I've used that same level of commitment and elite attitude to assisting all of our clients in achieving their dreams of purchasing their dream home and investing in real estate.

Born in London, he spent his childhood in Hertfordshire. With the past eight years, I've played professional rugby league for the London Broncos, Bradford Bulls, Hull Kingston Rovers, and now Halifax Panthers.
I live in Halifax and recently began working at Green & Green Mortgages.
James and I were teammates at Bradford Bulls, so the opportunity to work with someone so dedicated and motivated was a no-brainer for me.
I am currently advising on all areas of personal insurance such as life insurance, critical illness, income protection and building and contents and so on.
I'm now pursuing certification to become a mortgage advisor, with the goal of being able to provide mortgage services by the end of 2022.

I've been a professional rugby league player for 12 years, having been scouted from Wales at the age of 13 and currently residing in Warrington, in the north west.
I've been advising clients on all areas of mortgages and personal insurance for a year now and my goal is to help as many people as possible to achieve their goal of owning their dream home.
I completed all of my certifications during covid after deciding to pursue a career in this field after retiring from rugby.

With over 6 years of experience in financial services, Joe began working at Barclays Bank in 2017, then transitioned to working in mortgage and protection services in 2019. Joe has always had a passion for finance and initially worked part time at Barclays, whilst studying towards his sports coaching degree at university. However, he enjoyed the environment, excitement and the security that working in finance offered.
Having a sports background, Joe’s desire to grab an opportunity with both hands was a clear motivating factor and transferrable to work in mortgage and protection services, and it was obvious that he would be a great fit with the team, which is predominantly sportsmen and ex-sportsmen with the similar values and undeniable work ethic.
Joe naturally ‘followed his father’s footsteps’ and decided to also become a broker, his persistence to help people find solutions and make a difference during important times in their lives are evident, and key to assisting those to secure mortgages, to find the correct life insurance or critical illness cover. Joe has worked with people from varied backgrounds, and enjoys challenges and new opportunities.
Joe is a perfect fit to our current team, as all of our advisors have or still play rugby league alongside their financial advisor role. In fact, Joe played conference league rugby for almost a decade, making his debut at age 16. 2022 was an exciting year for Joe, as he recently moved into his first home with his partner, Ellie, and they recently got engaged whilst on holiday in Sorrento. Joe is already a valued member of our growing team and will be a huge asset to Green and Green, we wish him all the best in his new venture with us and we are excited to welcome him on board.
Anna Braithwaite Administrator Hull
Anna joins us with a wealth of knowledge across the whole mortgage sector. Anna's experience spans 20 years in the mortgage industry in all areas of the sector from being a mortgage adviser in2003 but starting in the finance industry in 2001, to equity release and also as an administrator. We welcome Anna to provide full admin support on all cases to ensure that all cases are handled appropriately and quickly. Anna will allow us to provide even greater care to each client case and help us make the process for every client even smoother. Thanks to Anna's support we can now help even more people to achieve their goal of buying their dream home and making that process as stress free as possible.
